Join a fantastic team, meet new people, and experience the energy of a world-class sporting event from behind the scenes. 📍 Event Details Role: Event Assistant (Temporary) Location: Birmingham Pay Rate: £13.85 per hour Dates: 27th October 2026 - 1st November 2026 Shift Times: Various shifts available between 6:00am and 10:30pm ✅ Choose the shifts that suit you ✅ Full and part-week availability considered ✅ Perfect for students, hospitality staff, retail workers, and customer service professionals 🚀 What You'll Be Doing Welcoming athletes and visitors with a friendly, professional approach Managing event registration and participant check-in using iPads Distributing race packs, bib numbers, wristbands, timing chips, and merchandise vouchers Supporting sponsor activations and merchandise stands Assisting with event operations to ensure everything runs smoothly Delivering excellent customer service and creating a memorable event experience Helping maintain the exciting atmosphere throughout the event ⭐ What We're Looking For Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or events experience Confident communicators who enjoy engaging with people Reliable, enthusiastic, and proactive individuals A positive attitude and willingness to get involved Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment Ability to undertake some manual handling when required 🎯 Why Apply?
