Pay Rate: 14.00 - 15.00 per hour

Duration: 3-4 Weeks Temporary Assignment
Do you have previous school administration experience and strong knowledge of SIMS? We are recruiting for an experienced School Receptionist / Administrator to join a welcoming and busy primary school in Bradford on a temporary basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly school environment where you'll play a key role in supporting pupils, parents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, pupils, and staff.
- Managing the reception area and ensuring all visitors are welcomed professionally.
- Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to email enquiries.
- Maintaining and updating pupil records using school management systems.
- Supporting the administration of attendance records and absence reporting.
- Assisting with general office duties including filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Processing correspondence and supporting the day-to-day running of the school office.
- Ensuring safeguarding and visitor procedures are always followed.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working within a school office environment.
- Strong working knowledge of SIMS (essential or highly desirable).
- Enhanced DBS
