Are you available immediately and looking for temporary work? Office Angels are proud to be supporting this expanding business in recruiting an Administrator for their busy Recruitment team. For the right candidate there could also be the possibility of a permanent role so this could be a great career move. You will be based in Maidstone working in modern offices close to the M20 with free parking on site.
The key duties and requirements are:
- Supporting the HR team with Administration and Recruitment
- Managing the recruitment inbox
- Responding to candidate job enquiries
- Writing job adverts and posting vacancies
- Handling confidential information
- Accurate data entry and uploading of documents
- General administration such as scanning documents and filing
We'd love to speak to candidates who:
- Have strong Administration skills
- Come from a Recruitment or HR background (not essential)
- Are quick to learn new systems
