If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client, an internationally renowned supplier and distributor of fresh produce, as an Administrator supporting their Sales Desks.
Contract Type: Permanent
Annual Salary: £23,000 - £28,000
Working Pattern: Full Time (7 AM - 4 PM, Monday to Friday; Saturday morning on a rota 7 AM - 11 AM with WFH options and paid overtime)

Key Responsibilities:
As an Administrator supporting the Sales Desks, your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales team. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Inputting sales data into the IT system and monitoring stock levels.
- Handling invoices and ensuring timely payments.
- Maintaining organised files on products and suppliers, both digitally and on paper.
- Developing professional telephone relationships with customers and depots.
- Proactively resolving stock-related queries and assisting the team in various administrative duties.
