Admin Assistant £25,000 per annum Ongar, Essex Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm *MUST drive and have access to a vehicle due to the location of the business My client, a successful interior designer is looking to recruit an Administration Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business that could offer you a long-term career. The role is very varied and includes, but is not limited to… Duties Being first point of contact in office, alongside Office Manager Handling phone calls, diverting out to relevant person or taking a message. Greeting visitors Typing of general documents – meeting minutes/certificates etc Preparing documents and project information Booking accommodation/flights etc Stock checking / keeping office tidy General office duties – scanning, filing, printing Company expenses (basic work, not accountancy work) Oversee all calendars and organising meetings Monitor emails whilst members of the team are out of the office Being a support to all members of staff What They Are Looking For: Strong administrator experience Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good communication skills Strong attention to detail Able to work independently and use initiative Office Angels is an employment agency and business.
