CONTRACT: Temporary

HOURS: Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am – 4.00pm

START: W/C 28^th October

PAYRATE: £13-£14ph

LOCATION: Fordingbridge

As a Temporary Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance team in various accounting tasks. Your keen eye for detail will be essential in ensuring accurate financial records and timely processing of invoices. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in the financial services industry while working with a dynamic team of professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Process invoices and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Posting purchase invoices
• Filing paperwork
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any finance-related issues
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with a positive attitude
