About Our Client: This organisation prides themselves on their entrepreneurial and collaborative culture. As an incredibly exciting PR and Communication agency specialising in the built environment sector, they are a key figure in their field and due to growth are looking to recruit an experienced Account Director to join their team.
Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated, creative and confident Account Director to join our client’s expanding team. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to devise, implement and lead successful, strategic communications campaigns for UK and international audiences. They are seeking someone with excellent contacts across property and business media and a strong understanding of digital communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead some of the agency’s accounts, developing and implementing PR and communications strategies
- Build and manage relationships with clients and key contacts
- Creatively build on campaign plans at a tactical level
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Represent and promote key values and brand in a professional manner
- Manage client teams of PR professionals, including account managers and account executives
- Monitor and review performance, supporting professional development
