Are you a warm and welcoming individual with a passion for exceptional guest services? We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join a team in the Heart of Sheffield! With over 20 years of expertise in bespoke workplace and residential front-of-house management, they pride themselves on delivering outstanding service that makes every guest feel valued.

Location: Sheffield, S1
Hourly Rate: £12.60 per hour + Holiday Pay + Office Angels Benefits
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: 2-3 Months (potential to extend)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist all visitors with a smile, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries efficiently, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and set up for meetings, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all information is up to date and accessible. ️
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support the broader team as needed.

What We\’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A friendly demeanour with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. ️
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT skills.
