The Role
An established and growing training provider within the rail industry is seeking a highly motivated Administrator to join their Derby support team. Working as part of a friendly team of five, this is a newly created role that plays a key part in supporting the team and clients across the UK. The successful candidate will be organised, proactive, and confident working on their own initiative, while also enjoying being part of a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Managing and responding to incoming enquiries from key clients
- Coordinating outsourced bookings for clients
- Raising purchase orders for suppliers
- Opening new supplier accounts and agreeing
