Job Advert: Temporary Sales Administrator
Location: Glasgow City Centre (office based)
Pay rate: 13.00 per hour
Assignment: 8 weeks (must be available for entire length of assignment)
Location: City Centre
Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Our client, based in Glasgow City Centre, are currently seeking Temporary Administrators to join them for an 8-week period to support them during their busy summer period.
We are looking to speak to candidates who are confident call handling and adept at providing administrative support using the Microsoft Office suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle incoming inquiries via a centralised mailbox, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Maintaining accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.
- Liaise with clients regarding lead times, updates, and order status
- Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing queries, tracking orders, and managing parts/returns.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure orders are processed within agreed timescales, fostering effective communication throughout.
