The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Temporary Compliance Administrator to join their busy operations team in South Lanarkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrator with strong compliance, data entry, and coordination skills to gain experience within a fast-paced and regulated environment. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day administration of the business, ensuring compliance with industry regulations while assisting with logistics coordination, purchasing processes, and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily administrative activities across the business operation.
- Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate vehicle movements to and from site using internal and external transport providers.
- Raise purchase orders, credits, and process associated financial documentation.
- Liaise with customers and offtake partners and complete daily and monthly reports.
- Order site consumables, PPE, and office stationery.
- Provide cover for weighbridge operations when required.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed and maintained at all times.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support smooth business operations and uphold company values.
