Location: Glasgow (West End)

Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary

Rate of Pay: £14-15 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a temporary Accounts Administrator for our client based in Glasgow (West End). This is an ongoing temporary position with an immediate start. The role is on a full-time basis with the hours of work of 9am to 5pm Monday - Friday. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced, friendly and dynamic company predominantly to provide a full administrative support to the business.

Main Duties:

  • Purchase Ledger
  • Contacting clients regarding payment queries
  • Calling clients to remind them they only have 7 days to pay prior to their appointment
  • Liaising with external and internal customers
  • Assisting all departments with general administration duties as required
