Job Description
Position: Senior Team Administrator
Salary: 27,000 – 30,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Location: Glasgow City Centre
About the Role:
Office Angels are seeking a skilled Senior Team Administrator to support our client's team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating tasks and ensuring smooth communication within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support to Partners and Project Managers.
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and handle calls.
- Arrange travel and accommodation.
- Book meeting rooms and video conferencing facilities.
- Prepare and manage fee forecasts and invoices.
- Maintain project invoicing schedules and process sub-consultant invoices.
- Liaise with the Accounts team and handle debtors reports.
- Assist with typing agendas, minutes, and reports.
- Maintain office systems and data management.
Key Skills:
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, specifically Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Minute taking.
- Adobe InDesign (desirable).
- Ability to make decisions and solve issues.
- Previous experience working at a senior level.
In this role you will be supporting the wider team and as such you will play a pivotal part in the organisation. Therefore, it is crucial that you are able to work under pressure calmly and be able to build strong relationships whilst maintaining discretion at all times.
