We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroller to join our client's team within the Manufacturing Industry on a temporary basis for a 6-week assignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll for approximately 380 employees on both a monthly and weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process payroll for around 380 employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and company policies.
  • Handle payroll queries and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in using the IRIS payroll system.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
