The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
- Document Management & Preparation - Create and format letters, reports, proposals, and presentations to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- Digital Document Signing - Oversee the signing of financial statements via Docusign.
- Compliance & Onboarding - Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks for new clients.
- Expense & Mileage Processing - Assist with the submission and tracking of claims.
- Front-of-House & Administrative Support - Manage mail, greet clients, and coordinate office activities.
- Diary & Meeting Coordination - Support internal teams by scheduling and organising meetings.
- Audio Transcription - Occasionally transcribe dictated notes with accuracy.
- Efficiency Improvements - Work alongside the Operational Support Team on projects to streamline processes.
