Location: Edinburgh (just short of the city centre)

Remuneration: Β£12.21 per hour

Hours: 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm (you will be required to work one in three Saturdays - hours will be given back in lieu the following week)

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated person to join their Front of House team. This is an exciting, fast-paced position working as part of a small team and undertaking an extremely varied workload.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver front of house support to residents and visitors, creating a welcoming environment where individuals feel comfortable raising concerns about their accommodation or wellbeing.
  • Accurately update and manage the company's internal booking and customer relationship management systems.
  • The role includes a sales element - encouraging re-lets, conducting show flat tours and supporting the lettings process.
  • Assist with property tours to support maximum occupancy.
  • Ensure the building is operated and maintained in line with company policies and procedures to provide a high-quality service.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to enquiries and complaints, taking appropriate action in accordance with company procedures.
  • Gather and act on feedback to continuously improve services.
  • Organise and deliver monthly events and assist with the coordination of open days.
  • Maintain review scores across all platforms at or above 4 stars.
  • Comply with all Health and Safety regulations.
  • Manage incoming mail and deliveries, ensuring efficient and accurate distribution.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Administrative and organisational experience.
  • Customer service or sales experience - ideally in property, hospitality, or retail.
  • Quick-thinking and able to respond effectively and efficiently.
  • Confident, courteous, and professional demeanour.
