What You'll Be Doing
- Be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is professional and helpful.
- Provide full administrative support to the Asset Management Team.
- Keep their internal system up to date with accurate data.
- Manage repair reports, works orders, invoices, and contractor performance.
- Attend contractor meetings and take minutes like a pro.
- Handle tenant complaints with empathy and efficiency.
