Responsibilities:
- As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be the driving force of our clients rental business, connecting people with their perfect homes. Your role will include:
- Property Marketing and Advertising:
- Advertise available properties via websites, social media, and local channels
- Craft compelling listings with high-quality photos and detailed descriptions
- Host viewings, ensuring properties are presented at their best
- Tenant Sourcing and Screening:
- Respond to inquiries and arrange viewings for prospective tenants
- Conduct thorough background checks, including credit and rental history
- Verify tenant eligibility based on landlord criteria
- Negotiating Lease Agreements:
- Facilitate negotiations between landlords and prospective tenants
- Prepare and manage tenancy agreements, ensuring clarity and compliance
- Ensure all documentation is signed and legally binding
- Handling Tenant Queries and Issues:
- Serve as the main contact for tenant questions and concerns
- Mediate conflicts between landlords and tenants with professionalism
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Customer Service and Relationship Management:
- Foster positive relationships with tenants and landlords
- Address customer complaints effectively to enhance service reputation
