Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to join their busy finance team on a temporary basis for an initial 8-week assignment, with the potential for extension. This is a varied transactional finance role supporting multiple business units and would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties
- Matching and reconciling invoices
- Resolving supplier and customer queries
- Supporting credit control activities
- Managing and monitoring aged debtors
- Maintaining accurate financial records
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience in a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant or similar role
- Strong Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
