The Opportunity
Our client, a well-established and growing Scottish distillery, is seeking a Temporary Production Administrator to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. This varied role offers a blend of administration and hands-on production support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across different areas of the business. You'll play an important role in supporting daily operations, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with the bottling and labelling process.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the Production and Operations teams
- Maintaining and updating production records, spreadsheets, and internal systems
- Updating information and uploading documents on Sage
- Assisting with stock control and inventory documentation
- Managing production and compliance paperwork and records
- Liaising with colleagues and suppliers
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in an administration within the production or manufacturing sector
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Experience using Sage is desirable but not essential
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Confidence managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while learning quickly on the job
- A proactive and reliable attitude with strong teamwork skills
- Previous experience within a distillery, food and drink manufacturing, bottling, or packaging environment would be advantageous but is not essential
