Interim Finance Manager
Office Based | Immediate Start Available
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Interim Finance Manager to join their team during a busy and exciting period of growth. This hands‑on role will see you taking ownership of the day to day finance function while providing valuable financial insight to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
- Monitor financial performance and analyse variances
- Maintain robust financial controls and compliance processes
- Support year-end activities, audits and VAT reporting
- Provide commercial financial analysis to senior stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies
- Support, mentor and oversee members of the finance team
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience
- Previous experience in a Finance Manager, Senior Finance Manager or similar role
- Strong management accounting, budgeting and forecasting skills
- Advanced Excel and finance systems experience
- Commercially minded with excellent analytical skills
- Able to work independently and hit the ground running
- Available immediately or at short notice
