Job Description
Administrator
34 hour working week:
Monday to Thursday 9am – 4.30pm
Friday 9am – 3.30pm (30 minute unpaid lunch)
Location: South West Edinburgh
Start date: As soon as possible
Hourly rate: 13.29 per hour
We're looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join a busy and friendly team. This role involves managing communications, scheduling appointments, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
The role:
- Answer incoming calls and direct queries appropriately
- Respond to email enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage bookings
- Prepare and send invoices and quotations
- Maintain and update team diaries and calendars
- Provide general administrative support including filing and data entry
We're looking for someone who:
- Brings a positive, can-do attitude to the team
- Is confident and clear in both written and verbal communication
- Is naturally enthusiastic and enjoys working with people
