We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation seeking enthusiastic candidates to support students during the move-in period. Successful applicants will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring students are settled comfortably into their new surroundings. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet students and their families upon arrival, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Assist with check-ins, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Conduct tours of the facilities, highlighting key areas and amenities.
- Show new arrivals to their rooms, providing essential information to help them settle in.
- Support with administrative duties as required.
Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
- A friendly and approachable demeanour, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- A proactive attitude, ready to assist and resolve issues as they arise.
- Flexibility with shift patterns, availability to work on the 19th and 20th of September from either 9 am - 5 pm or 10 am - 6 pm.
