This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer support, handling enquiries efficiently and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine passion for helping others. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and other communication channels, around 100 a day. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders and company processes. Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
