Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to various departments across the business
- Taking incoming calls and responding to emails, and general enquiries
- Maintaining accurate records, databases, and documentation
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and other business documents
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and diaries
- Supporting the management of training, compliance, and personnel records
- Assisting with invoice processing and general finance administration
- Ordering office supplies and supporting day-to-day office activities
- Liaising with internal teams, customers, and suppliers as required
- Providing ad hoc support to management and wider teams
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience within an administrative, business support, or office support role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Professional, adaptable, and proactive approach to work
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others
