Our client, a dynamic leader in the Transport & Logistics sector, is seeking a dedicated Leadership & Management Development Co-Ordinator to enhance their team's capabilities and foster growth within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for Leadership and Management Development enquiries, providing excellent customer service and support to learners, managers and stakeholders.
- Co-ordinate Leadership and Management Development, Corporate Induction and onboarding programmes, including scheduling, communications, learner administration and resource planning.
- Maintain accurate learner records, attendance data and evaluation information, ensuring compliance with organisational and legislative requirements.
- Produce programme reports and insights, using systems such as Power BI and learning platforms to evaluate participation, engagement and effectiveness.
- Support the continuous improvement and administration of the Learning Centre, Development Hub and other digital learning platforms to enhance the learner experience.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, facilitators, suppliers and programme participants.
- Prepare and distribute clear, professional communications and ensure all correspondence is accurate, timely and of a high standard.
- Support financial administration activities, including budget administration, supplier payments and associated processes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency and support the successful delivery of the Leadership and Management Development strategy.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a training or development role, preferably within the Transport & Logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of leadership principles and management practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate others.
- Proficient in designing and delivering training materials and programmes.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
