Are you a confident relationship builder who enjoys speaking with senior professionals and opening doors to new opportunities? Our client, a respected consultancy based in Hove, is looking for a proactive Client Relationship Executive / Associate to join their team on a part-time basis.
This is a varied and engaging role where you'll be speaking with Directors, Partners, CEOs and senior decision-makers across a range of businesses, introducing the consultancy's work with professional and trade associations and arranging meetings for the leadership team.
The Role
- Building relationships with senior-level contacts across multiple sectors
- Conducting professional outbound calls and stakeholder engagement
- Promoting the consultancy's services and association partnerships
- Booking qualified meetings and appointments for senior consultants
- Managing and updating CRM records
- Following up on conversations and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Acting as a professional ambassador for the business
About You
- Confident communicating with Directors, Partners and senior stakeholders
- Excellent telephone manner and relationship-building skills
- Professional, articulate and commercially aware
- Organised, self-motivated and proactive in your approach
- Comfortable working onsite as part of a collaborative team
