This is an excellent opportunity for a capable HR professional who enjoys a varied generalist role and is confident working independently. You will be the sole dedicated HR representative within the business during this period, managing day-to-day HR administration and supporting managers with employee-related matters. While you will have autonomy in the role, you'll be supported by a highly experienced Operations Manager and Director, both of whom are extremely HR-savvy, along with access to an external HR advisory service for guidance on more complex issues.
