Key Responsibilities
Process Microsoft orders, renewals, and agreements accurately and on time.
Resolve customer, supplier, and internal queries using Microsoft systems and tools.
Support the team with licensing and operational queries.
Monitor workloads, deadlines, and SLAs to ensure smooth delivery.
Maintain accurate customer, contract, and renewal records.
Carry out quality checks to ensure compliance and minimise errors.
Work with Finance to resolve invoice and billing queries.
About You
Previous experience in Microsoft Operations, licensing, order processing, or a similar role.
Confident using Microsoft systems and tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
