Our client, an established apprenticeship training provider, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Manager to lead their recruitment function. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact by connecting people with successful career pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learner Recruitment and Admissions: Manage the entire learner recruitment journey, from initial enquiry to successful apprenticeship placement and induction. Conduct interviews and provide clear guidance to prospective apprentices.
- Employer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers. Identify new apprenticeship vacancies and ensure suitable applicants are matched to available roles.
- Data Management: Utilise recruitment systems to maintain accurate records, monitor performance against targets and provide insightful reports to senior management.
- Safeguarding Commitment: Uphold safeguarding and child protection policies, ensuring a safe and inclusive recruitment experience.
