ABOUT THE ROLE: To be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional, warm and high-quality customer experience while supporting the smooth running of the office to the wider team. Deliver a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for visitors, clients and colleagues. Manage incoming calls, enquiries and visitor arrivals, ensuring they are directed appropriately. Maintain reception, meeting rooms and communal areas to a high standard of presentation. Coordinate meeting room bookings, refreshments and visitor requirements. Handle incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, courier collections and confidential waste. Monitor and maintain office supplies, stationery and kitchen stock, ensuring the office remains organised and well equipped. Provide administrative support across multiple departments, including raising purchase orders and processing documentation. Manage shared inboxes and customer enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Coordinate the ordering of stationery, office supplies, furniture and equipment for Head Office. Prepare, print, collate and distribute documents and correspondence as required. Arrange servicing, maintenance and repairs for office equipment and facilities. Maintain accurate records and ensure office equipment and facilities remain fully operational.
ABOUT YOU: Previous administration, reception or customer service experience is desirable. Excellent communication skills with a professional and confident manner. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Good IT skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proactive, customer-focused team player who can work independently when required.
