Key Responsibilities
- Managing a busy appointment diary, arranging consultations, follow-ups, investigations, and specialist referrals.
- Acting as the first point of contact for patients, providing a warm, professional, and discreet service at all times.
- Coordinating patient pathways from initial enquiry through to treatment and follow-up care.
- Preparing and processing medical correspondence, referral letters, reports, and patient documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Liaising with consultants, hospitals, laboratories, insurers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Managing a high-volume inbox and responding to patient enquiries efficiently and professionally.
