A prestigious independent school in Kensington is seeking a highly organised PA / Senior Administrator to support the Senior Leadership Team in a busy, fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator, PA, Executive Assistant, Office Manager or similar professional who thrives on juggling multiple priorities and enjoys being at the heart of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities
- High-level PA support including diary management, correspondence and meeting coordination
- Minute taking and document preparation
- Reception and front-of-house duties
- Supporting attendance administration and school operations
- Coordinating events, meetings and calendars
- Working closely with senior leaders to ensure the smooth running of daily activities
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, Senior Administrator or Office Manager
- School experience is helpful but not essential
- Highly computer literate with strong Microsoft Office skills
- Quick learner who can confidently pick up new systems and processes
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
- Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently
- Positive attitude, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Comfortable taking minutes and managing confidential information
- Team player who enjoys contributing to a collaborative workplace
