Our client, a dedicated charity organisation based in central London, is seeking a motivated and detail oriented Administrator to join their Fundraising & Communications department on a temporary basis. Position Details:

  • Contract Type: Temporary
  • Contract Length: 4 months (up until January)
  • Work Schedule: Part-time, 2 days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays set days in the office)
  • Hourly Rate: £15.00 - £17.00

Key Responsibilities:

As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Opening and processing incoming post
  • Producing and sending heartfelt thank you letters to supporters
  • Coordinating Christmas communications with supporters
  • Engaging with supporters through phone calls
  • Processing opt-outs and updating records on Raiser's Edge
  • Taking phone donations with care and professionalism
  • Responding to email inquiries in a timely manner
  • Scanning Gift Aid documents
  • Organising files and managing records efficiently
  • Assisting with various tasks as required to support the team
