  • Liaising regularly with contractors, suppliers and internal teams to keep works moving forward.
  • Reviewing data and contractor information to identify outstanding actions and maintain accurate records.
  • Producing information and reports to support performance monitoring and audit requirements.
  • Preparing correspondence, information packs, purchase orders and other documentation.
  • Maintaining asset registers, document control and Health & Safety records.
  • Providing occasional onsite support to colleagues and customers as required.
  • Helping to resolve day-to-day queries and escalating more complex issues to the appropriate colleague.

  • A driving licence and access to a car for work purposes .

Previous experience within housing, property management or asset management would be an advantage, as would experience using a computerised housing management system, but these are not essential.

Why this opportunity?

You'll be joining at an important stage and will have the opportunity to become a genuine part of the project team , supporting customers and colleagues and helping to keep a significant programme of work on track.

With the project running through to the end of March 2027 , it's ideal for someone looking for a meaningful temporary assignment where they can get stuck in, make an impact and ultimately see the project through to completion .
