Key Responsibilities
- Meeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
- Managing the reception area and ensuring it remains tidy and organised
- Handling incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and couriers
- Booking and preparing meeting rooms as required
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Assisting with filing, scanning, and document management
- Ordering office supplies and monitoring stock levels

Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a Reception, Front of House, or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Positive, proactive, and reliable approach to work
