An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Temporary Construction Administrator to join a well-established business based in Hillington. We are looking for a proactive and highly organised individual with previous construction administration experience who can hit the ground running and provide valuable support to a busy team from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Updating and maintaining progress reports on live projects
- Ordering PPE equipment in line with site requirements
- Processing purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring all health & safety documentation is up to date and compliant
- Providing general administrative support, including occasional minute taking
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience within a construction or similar environment
- Familiarity with construction terminology and health & safety standards
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
