The Role
As Business Manager, you will have full responsibility for the success of our Glasgow branch.
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will lead the implementation of Office Angels' business strategy at a local level, ensuring your team delivers exceptional results while providing an outstanding experience for both clients and candidates.
You will act as the driving force behind branch performance, creating a culture of success, accountability, collaboration, and customer excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive branch revenue growth by increasing market share across the Glasgow region.
- Translate business strategy into clear, measurable branch objectives and action plans.
- Monitor, analyse and deliver against key performance metrics and KPIs.
- Own branch profitability and financial performance, including effective P&L management.
- Lead from the front in delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.
- Build, develop and maintain strong customer relationships, resolving issues proactively and effectively.
- Identify new business opportunities and oversee branch sales, marketing and service activities.
- Recruit, onboard and develop top talent within your team.
- Provide ongoing coaching, support and performance management to maximise individual and team success.
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture where people are motivated to exceed expectations.
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance across all branch activities.
