Location: Esher with on-site parking
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 plus up to 20% bonus scheme, 25 days holiday plus BH, up to 10% contributory pension scheme, EAP, critical illness cover, income protection, death in service, healthcare cash back scheme, monthly pastries, Summer & Xmas parties and regular socials.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible start and finish times - fully office-based role.

Our client, a global organisation, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join their Senior Leadership Team and lead their warehouse and logistics operation, taking responsibility for overseeing logistics performance, driving operational improvements, and managing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
- Monitor and improve operational KPIs and service performance.
- Oversee import and export activities.
- Manage warehouse budgets and cost controls.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency projects.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures.
- Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team.
What we're looking for:
- Previous Warehouse Management experience within a logistics, distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
- Experience managing import/export activities and customs requirements.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations within a warehouse environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience using SAP ideally.
