Duties
- Managing and clearing existing backlogs.
- Processing and raising invoices.
- Data entry and administration.
- Chasing outstanding debt and resolving invoice queries.
- Managing timesheets and time processing activities.
- Supporting day-to-day operational activities.
- Working closely with the Manager and the wider team on monthly reporting.
- Ensuring emails and queries are actioned within agreed timeframes.
