We are seeking an organised, professional and proactive Administrator to provide comprehensive support within a busy and community-focused organisation. This is a varied role requiring excellent administrative, communication and organisational skills, with responsibility for supporting daily operations, record management and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional administrative and secretarial support, managing correspondence, email enquiries, telephone calls and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, filing systems and statutory registers, ensuring all information is current, organised and compliant.
- Coordinate diary management and bookings, including appointments, events, ceremonies and external contractor visits.
- Support financial administration, including maintaining financial records, processing supplier payments, monitoring expenditure and preparing regular returns and reports.
- Produce and distribute internal communications, newsletters and documentation, ensuring information is accurate and issued in a timely manner.
- Liaise with a range of stakeholders including members of the community, suppliers, contractors and external agencies, providing a professional and welcoming point of contact.
- Assist with compliance and governance activities, including health and safety administration, risk assessments, property inspections and the maintenance of relevant policies and records.
About You:
- Previous experience in an administrative, office management or secretarial position.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general office systems.
- Friendly, approachable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
