Junior Estimator
Location: Chessington (Free On-Site Parking & Easy Access to Local Train Stations)
Salary: £28k - £30k & benefits including 20 days + BH, Christmas closure, good kitchen facilities and socials
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, with flexible/hybrid working available after training
Start Date: ASAP

Our client is a growing and highly respected business within the construction and interior solutions sector. They are looking for a Junior Estimator to join their supportive team, offering full training, long-term development, and genuine opportunities for progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and client enquiries to understand project requirements.
- Analyse layouts, dimensions, finishes, acoustic requirements, and installation considerations.
- Prepare clear technical enquiries where additional information or clarification is required.
- Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to obtain pricing and technical information.
- Produce accurate cost estimates and formal quotations.
- Ensure quotations accurately reflect specifications, lead times, and installation requirements.
- Maintain organised records of enquiries, estimates, and quotations.
- Respond to client queries and provide technical support where required.
- Assist with value engineering and alternative solutions to meet client requirements.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous estimating experience is beneficial but not essential.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to work.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings would be advantageous.
- A willingness to learn and develop within a growing business.
