Office Angels are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced IT Service Desk Support Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis for a 4 week assignment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous IT support experience who enjoys helping users, resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
The Role
As part of a busy IT team, you will be responsible for:
Managing and resolving IT support tickets efficiently
Providing first-line technical support to end users
Setting up and configuring hardware for new starters
Assisting with laptop, desktop and peripheral troubleshooting
Escalating more complex technical issues where required
Delivering excellent customer service while supporting colleagues across the business
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience within an IT Service Desk or IT Support environment
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience setting up hardware and user equipment
The ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
