The Role
As a Remote Market Research Interviewer, you will:
Conduct telephone interviews
Engage with a wide range of people and gather valuable opinions and feedback
Accurately record responses using online systems
Maintain high standards of professionalism and quality
Build rapport and create positive conversations with respondents
Requirements
Reliable broadband internet connection with ethernet cable connection
Quiet working environment
Computer or laptop: Windows 10 or newer or Macs with Apple Silicon chips (M1, M2, M3 etc.) released after 2020
USB headset with working microphone
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates who are:
Confident communicators with a friendly telephone manner
Comfortable speaking with people from all backgrounds
Reliable, organised and self-motivated
Able to work independently from home
Comfortable using computers and web-based systems
Previous experience in customer service, administration, contact centres, retail, hospitality, or telephone-based roles would be beneficial, but full training will be provided.
