Location: Ashford (own transport required)
Pay rate:£16.10 per hour - Please be aware this rate will increase after training
Full-time, Permanent | 8:00am - 5:30pm | Overtime Available
Are you an experienced MIG Welder looking to join a successful and established business? Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable individual to become part of their friendly and supportive production team on the outskirts of Ashford.

The Role
Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality products, working from engineering drawings and ensuring all work meets company quality standards.
Key duties include:
- Carrying out MIG welding in both production and bench environments
- Reading and interpreting basic engineering drawings
- Producing products to a consistently high standard
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures and company policies
- Supporting other areas of the manufacturing department when required
- Working collaboratively as part of a stable and experienced team

- MIG production welding experience
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A flexible and dependable approach to work
- A willingness to work overtime when required
