About the Role
Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PA/Office Administrator to join their vibrant team in Sheerness. Key Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Managing incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, and responding promptly and professionally.
- Organising office operations and procedures to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
- Maintaining filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring that documents are easily accessible.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and enhancing the organisation's professional image.
- Assisting in various HR functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Supporting project teams with administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and projects run smoothly.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or PA role, preferably within the Building & Construction sector.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional phone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle, as travel may be required.
