You have supervised a shift before and you want somewhere genuinely busy, with work that carries on past the summer. Roadside cafe in Tyndrum, breakfast and fish and chips, open all year. What's on offer £14.50 per hour, plus shared tips paid through a digital tips platform. Full time hours through the season, and work available once it ends. The cafe trades all year, so there is a job here beyond October. Meals on shift and uniform provided. Shared accommodation at around £60 per week. Places are limited and cannot be guaranteed. You set the team up before service, keep the fryers and the counter moving, and step in wherever the queue builds. You hold the standards on your shift. Food safety, temperature checks, cleaning and stock, all done properly and signed off. You look after the team on the day. Briefing them, keeping them on task, sorting problems before they reach the customer. Expect to work the section yourself too. This is a hands on role.
