Off to Work in London is seeking an experienced staff dining head chef for a leading contract caterer. You will lead a kitchen team of 3–4 on-site and manage a dedicated staff dining operation separate from the main hospitality kitchen.
The role is Monday to Friday with no evenings or weekends, serving breakfast and lunch for around 250–300 diners daily, including Hot Main, Grab and Go and Deli offerings. Candidates should have contract catering experience, knowledge of street food concepts,
