We are looking for a Pastry Sous Chef to join this great bakery in Central London. You will work on a 43 hour contract and the shifts are between 4am start and latest finish at 7pm, so no late nights required!

Please only apply if you can get into Central London for 4am and you are happy to start work at this time.

The Pastry Sous Chef will be involved in the production of desserts, starters, quiches, pizza bases, cakes, patisseries, croissants, and madeleines. You will also cater for events and functions.

If you have been classically French trained, you will have a distinct advantage for this role; however, we are able to consider Pastry Sous Chefs from all kitchen environments.

You must have worked in a very busy kitchen as this role requires producing over 1000 items per day in the team. You will work as part of the pastry team and be part of a 65 strong team.
