Job Role: Sous Chef – Night Shifts Location: West London Sector: Contract Catering Salary: £43,000 Benefits – £43,000 starting salary for 40 Hour Contract Night Shifts Small team Access to Training and Development Programs We are looking for a Sous Chef to work the night shift in this newly created position based in West London. This role has the working pattern of Sunday to Thursday with hours being 10pm to 6.30am – PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE HAPPY TO WORK NIGHT SHIFTS! The Sous Chef will manage 2 CDP\’s each night to assist with the prep for the next days business. This is mainly for the grab and go section and Deli Bar but also other tasks will be required. The Night Sous Chef should have experience of managing teams before and have some night working experience as you will work through the night Sunday to Thursday and be off Fri and Sat every week, The chef will need good orgainsation skills to ensure all food is prepped ready for the day team for service. You will work closely with the Head Chef to coordinate and plan for each nights prep lists and what is required for the next day, This is working with one of the leading Contract Catering companies so tis offers good development opportunities in the future as well.
